ABOUT
GINZA SMALL is a corner where a variety of Japanese dishes, author's rolls and the freshest seafood from the chef, as well as the quality and manner of serving dishes, will satisfy even the most sophisticated taste.
DESIGN
Like Japan itself, Ginza Small is a combination of high technology and bewitching nature.
So in the design of the corner, high-tech materials are used along with natural ones:
facades made of stainless steel in contrast to the raw stone slab-top.
"Blocks" of different materials are slightly shifted relative to each other and from a right angle, which creates the dynamics of the form.
Niches for Bonsai are organized in the stone tabletop.
